Introducing Headspace – a new service for the families of serving Royal Navy and Royal Marines personnel.
Covid-19 has brought many additional new challenges, such as home-schooling, working from home and being apart from our usual network of family and friends. We believe that the Headspace App can help, by giving you the skills you need to be able to focus on your own health and wellbeing. We are delighted to launch our new Headspace project for you.

Time, On My Watch
Our creative project is all about you – how is your time is affected because you are part of a RN/RM family?
Send in your images to show us how you’re feeling at the moment. All participants will also have their name drawn out of a hat with a chance to win their choice of prize from a selection which includes a creative writing course, a polaroid camera, an electronic tablet, or £100 Amazon gift voucher.
