CA Customer Service Update
UPDATE 06/03/2018: Normal service has resumed.
CarillionAmey are having issues with their telephony system. It is a service provider issue and is being managed by Amey. They have encouraged customers to contact them using their digital channels while they work to get the issue resolved. You can also raise a non-urgent job using their web form.
If you have an emergency, please use the mobile numbers below and one of the CarillionAmey team will fill out a manual form and then call you back. If it’s not an emergency then the job will be raised as normal and you will need to call back once service has resumed.
