Wearing of Unearned Medals

The Awards for Valour (Protection) Bill is due to have its Second Reading in the House of Commons on 25th November.  It is intended to ‘prohibit the wearing or public display, by a person not entitled to do so, of medals or insignia awarded for valour, with the intent to deceive.’  We have been invited by the House of Commons Defence Select Committee to give the views of Naval families on this issue to the enquiry.  We welcome your thoughts in this short survey here.
