April is the Month of the Military Child, shining a light on the unique experiences and sacrifice of service children. This year’s theme is ‘Winds of Change’.
Purple Up Day will take place on the 24th April, where schools are encouraged to let their pupils wear purple to celebrate military children.
To celebrate the Month of the Military Child, Never Such Innocence have free activities on offer as well as competitions for children and schools to get involved with, such as the Poetry and Art competition for children aged 8 – 18, and the school display competition open to all ages.
