As part of the Valuing Forces Families Overseas project, we’re developing a new digital information portal to support Service families throughout the overseas posting journey. Your experiences can help shape this platform to ensure it meets the real needs of our community.

About the Project

The Army Families Federation, in partnership with the Naval and RAF Families Federations, has been awarded a £500,000 grant by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust to deliver a transformative programme of support for families posted overseas.

This initiative will provide information to support you across the entire overseas posting cycle – from initial planning and arrival, through to reintegration back in the UK or onward posting. A key part of this work includes the creation of a tri-Service digital information platform to improve access to essential information and enhance communication to families.

Get Involved

We’re currently gathering insights to shape the digital platform and are inviting Service personnel and families to take part in short, informal interviews. If you’re overseas or have recently returned, your input will be invaluable.
